The marquee show for all things building, construction and architecture will be back at the Sydney International Convention Centre on March 6-7, jam-packed with exhibitors and experts tradies need to see.
The massive two-day event will explode with construction and building information, featuring both national and international companies. The expo will be loaded with 500 exhibitors across a huge range of sectors, including Milwaukee Tools, Payapps, Isuzu Trucks and Blackwoods, and key industry voices such as Australian Made, Matterport and Procore.
It’ll be a combined effort in 2023: the Digital Construction Expo and Sydney Infrastructure Expo will be part of the show, and the three events will serve up a tasty buffet of seminars, workshops, and brands to provide an outlook on the future of building and construction.
There’ll also be chance to meet top contractors and potential business partners in the ‘Meet the Contractors’ area, where everyone can snap up the opportunity to connect with leading contractors in the industry face-to-face. You can register to get involved in the ‘Meet the Contractors’ at sydneybuildexpo.com.
SPEAKING TO THE INDUSTRY
Sydney BUILD will have an emphasis on a number of issues and topics, including Women in Construction. This part of the expo will encourage those already in, or looking to get into, the industry, with speakers and panels on the possibilities available to them. Discussions will be held about how building and construction can further an equal and healthy environment.
As well as the diverse array of exhibitors, Sydney BUILD will feature 450 speakers, all experts and notable authorities in their respective areas, including directors and CEOs of a number of construction groups, real estate bodies and local-government members. Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore is on the list.
Speakers will be spread across nine stages, each with its own designated topic of interest, and the event will be hosted by the award-winning Oliver Kinross, whose BUILD expo portfolio is highly regarded internationally. Sydney BUILD is sponsored by massive stakeholders like the WURTH Group, Spantec and DECO, as well as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk, MYOB and Edara Systems.
