The key feature of the three 400L-capacity diesel fuel storage & dispensing kits is the 4-point, key-operated security locking system built into the lid to provide the utmost security for the fitted 12V diesel fuel- dispensing pump and nozzle. Additionally, stored fuel security is always of vital importance, and this lockable mechanism ensures fuel pilfering is a thing of the past.
Alemlube has invested serious time and resources in the research and development to address the necessary attributes to fit the product to needs of the end user. To this end, the objective was to focus on overall size, industrial design and function. For example, the need to house the pump in a recessed position, thus generating a lower centre of gravity, and meaning the tank assumes a greater degree of strength, stability and shape, has been achieved. Ensuring the dimensions are right for carrying in the back of a ute, dual cab or service vehicle, providing a convenient on-demand refuelling and diesel transfer system, has also been achieved.
And, for extra convenience, models inclusive of a meter to assist in the accuracy and amount of diesel fuel dispensed are available. The dispensing kits consist of either Italian- or USA-made 12V diesel fuel pumps, and are available with automatic nozzles capable of dispensing 49L/min, 50L/min and 68L/min respectively. Each model can be upgraded to include an electronic fuel meter facilitating accurate information on dispensed fuel.
Standard components of the dispensing kits include battery cables with clamps, antistatic fuel-delivery hose and, as mentioned, an automatic dispensing nozzle. Dimensions are 1165mm(W) x 1165mm(D) x 566mm(H).
