Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors

Bremick

WHEN FASTENING timber or metal to concrete, brick, or block, there are several products which can get the job done. However, the superior performance of Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors makes it the ideal fastener choice.

Unlike traditional masonry fasteners such as sleeve anchors, Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors are faster, stronger, and easier to install. With ever-growing demands on trades and building professionals to get the job done quickly and to a high standard, Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors are a logical choice.

Up to task

One of the main pain points when using other masonry anchors is the risk of bursting the substrate when fixing close to edge. Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors place minimal expansion forces on the substrate, drastically reducing the risk of bursting or cracking the surrounding substrate.

Bremick Screw Anchors:

  • Serrated flanged hex head for increased pull down capacity
  • Fast and simple installation with less force required for insertion
  • High weight holding capacity
  • Tapered point for easy starting
  • Removable and reusable
  • Double helix for rapid thread formation
  • Good performance in weak and brittle base materials
  • Can be set close to edges
  • Can be reset in the same hole
  • Can be loaded immediately after installation
  • Can be through fastened

The Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors are highly versatile and are fully removable. The removability of the anchor makes them ideal for formwork and temporary structures. These high-performance fasteners are available in diameters ranging from M5 to M16 and lengths from 30mm to 150mm to accommodate differing material thickness and performance requirements. The easy start taper on the tip allows the anchor to start effectively in pre-drilled holes and facilitates the first thread commencing the self-tapping process.

Fixed in

Manufactured from high tensile steel the shank with dual helix threads reduces that amount of force required to set the anchor as the thread not only cuts into masonry materials it also removes the dust and debris from the hole. The hex head can be fastened with spanners, sockets or an impact driver and offer increased hold and stability when driving.

The serrated flanged hex head increases pull down capacity as it features a large and broad undersurface that draws the material to the masonry substrate. Coated in Zinc Plated for internal applications and galvanised for external applications in multiple pack formats to suit small and large project requirements.

Bremick Masonry Screw Anchors are easy to install just simply drill a pilot hole, clean out the drill fragments from the hole than set the anchor.
